Dear Applicant:<\/p>\n

The Office of Disaster Recovery (ODR) recognizes the challenges you and your family have endured and thanks you for your patience during the many phases and processes of the Envision Tomorrow Program. As you may be aware, the Office of Disaster Recovery assumed the programmatic management of the CDBG-DR program in November of 2023. As we begin to accelerate the pace of the program, we are requesting that you complete and return the enclosed form to update your file. This ensures that ODR has your current information and the necessary details to continue processing your application and provide you with the required prioritization.<\/p>\n

Please return the enclosed survey using one of the following options by August 9, 2024<\/strong>:<\/p>\n
