These awards will bolster efforts to address homelessness, mental health, and youth development, underscoring ODR\u2019s commitment to building a stronger, more resilient Virgin Islands.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Liberty Place: A Community Action Team (STX) has been awarded $1,000,000 to deliver supportive housing and shelter services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Frederiksted, St. Croix.
