ODR Seeks to Preapprove Contractors for the EnVIsion Tomorrow Program<\/h1>\n

U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u2013\u00a0The Office of Disaster Recovery (ODR) is inviting licensed general contractors to become preapproved to participate in the Envision Tomorrow Homeowner and Rental Rehabilitation Programs (EnVIsion Tomorrow Program).<\/span><\/p>\n

The ODR seeks to maintain a list of construction contractors to carry out reconstruction, rehabilitation, demolition, elevation, and\/or disaster mitigation services for the EnVIsion Tomorrow Program, which is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).<\/span><\/p>\n

Respondents must fulfill the submittal requirements outlined in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to be considered. All submissions will be reviewed and evaluated in accordance with the specified criteria.<\/span><\/p>\n

Interested contractors are encouraged to attend the virtual pre-proposal meeting, which will take place at 2:00 pm AST on Thursday, July 17, 2025. Bid documents can be found on the ODR website at\u00a0<\/span>https:\/\/www.usviodr.com\/procurements<\/a><\/span>,\u00a0and proposals are due by August 11, 2025, at 12:00 pm AST.<\/span><\/p>\n

Contractors who successfully prequalified under RFQ 001-2025 are not required to respond to RFQ 002-2025. For RFQ information or queries, please contact PFA\u2019s Procurement Division at\u00a0<\/span>procurements@usvipfa.com<\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n
