The test will signal the start of the Great ShakeOut Earthquake Drill in the territory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The EAS and WEA test messages will state: \u201cThis is a test of the U.S. Virgin Islands Tsunami Warning System. No Action is required.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The test will last approximately three minutes. All WEA and EAS messages will be issued to radio, television and cable, and on mobile phones throughout the territory.
