DPW\u2019s contractor, Eleven Construction, LLC, has constructed the concrete pavement and completed the sidewalk on the northbound lane. Construction crews have moved the barricades to begin work on the southbound lane. Test engineers continue to perform concrete and compaction tests at the site.<\/p>\n<p>The scope of work for this project includes sidewalks, drainage improvements, and other miscellaneous work. The traveling public is urged to avoid this area while construction is in progress. Motorists will be detoured onto alternate routes.
