As library projects continue to push forward with the completion of the Sprauve Library on St. John and the anticipated ribbon cutting for the Florence Williams Public Library on St. Croix. <\/span><\/p>\n Department of Planning and Natural Resources Commissioner Jean-Pierre L. Oriol and the project’s contractors stopped to talk to Director Adrienne L. Williams-Octalien, Director of the Office of Disaster Recovery, on the status of repairs on the Charles W.
