Residential Construction Costs in the USVI<\/h2>\n

The Office of Disaster Recovery (ODR) is a recipient of the Insular Area Act Technical Assistance (IAATA) awarded by Congress through the Department of Interior’s Omnibus Bill.\u00a0 Through the IAATA the ODR has tasked FEMA to provide technical assistance by way of an in-depth analysis to identify the bottle necks that have impacted the recovery.<\/p>\n

ANL and the RAND Corporation are supporting the USVI\u2019s ongoing disaster recovery efforts from Hurricanes Irma and Maria. The team is analyzing the state of the construction industry in the territory including the cost of materials and labor.<\/p>\n

To ensure that the objective is met, your input as a licensed contractor is appreciated. Please complete the short survey prepared by the Argonne National Laboratory(ANL) and the RAND Corporation.<\/p>\n
