If interested in receiving a proposal package please email Delores Donovan and Nicole Aubain at contractservices@viwapa.vi. Telephone number: (340) 774-3552, extensions 2038 or 2032.<\/p>\n<p>A complete copy of the proposal must be submitted electronically in PDF format on or before 10:00 a.m., AST, on Friday, November 8, 2019 to contractservices@viwapa.vi.
