Virgin Islands \u2219 00802-6447<br \/>\nTelephone (340) 777-4432 \u2219Fax (340) 775-7913<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Request for Qualifications \u2013 RFQ 001-2020-DR-STT\/STX<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Program<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority (\u201cVIHFA\u201d) is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed firms or individuals (\u201cRespondents\u201d) to provide Environmental Review, Assessments, and Testing Services in connection with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (\u201cHUD\u201d) Community Development Block Grant &#8211; Disaster Recovery (\u201cCDBG-DR\u201d) Program. Beginning on Wednesday, November 27, 2019, bid documents may be obtained from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the following VIHFA locations: (a) #3438 Kronprindsens Gade, GERS Complex 1st Floor, Suite 4, (b) #3202 Demarara Plaza, Suite 200, St. Thomas, VI; and (c) Lagoon Street, Frederiksted, St. Croix, VI. Bid packages are also available for download on https:\/\/www.vihfa.gov\/disaster-recovery\/procurement. Bids are to be submitted on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at 4:00 pm at any of aforementioned Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority Offices.<\/p>\n<p>Funding for this project is provided by the Department of Housing &amp; Urban Development Community Development Block Grant Program under the auspices of the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority. The successful contractor will be required to abide by the federal rules and regulations which govern this bid.
