Bid packages are also available for download on https:\/\/www.vihfa.gov\/disaster-recovery\/procurement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Bids are to be submitted on Friday, January 10, 2020, at 4:00 pm at any of the aforementioned Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority Offices.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The bid package defines the scope of services to be performed, and the required qualification documents to be submitted from, each firm.<\/p>\n<p>The selection of qualified companies will be based on meeting the listed qualifications outlined within the procurement solicitation. Awards will be through a mini-bid process to the most responsive bidder(s) whose proposal is the most advantageous to VIHFA, considering such factors as the Bidder&#8217;s ability to perform the work involved in the bid<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inquiries about the project may be directed to Ms. Nicole Roberts, Procurement\/Contract Officer at (340)-777-4432 ext. 4227.
