Bid packages are also available for download on https:\/\/www.vihfa.gov\/disaster-recovery\/procurement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bids are to be submitted on Thursday, January 2, 2020<\/strong>\u00a0at 11:00 am at which time they will be publicly opened at the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority Conference Room located at #3438 Kronprindsens Gade, GERS Complex 1st Floor, Suite 4, St. Thomas. All interested bidders are invited to attend.<\/p>\n<p>Funding for this project is provided by the Department of Housing &amp; Urban Development Community Development Block Grant Program under the auspices of the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority and the Community Development Block Grant \u2013 Disaster Recovery Program. The successful contractor will be required to abide by both local and federal rules and regulations which govern this bid.
