The ideal Respondent will have substantial experience and success in both proposing and implementing a software solution to support portfolio\/workflow management to provide services within the U.S. Virgin Islands. Respondents must be able to adequately address their experience in their proposal submittal. The submissions of all Respondents shall be reviewed and evaluated pursuant to the qualifications criteria set forth in this RFP.
