The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery is requesting proposals from licensed and qualified vendors (\u201cRespondents\u201d) for solicitation for a Portfolio\/Project Management System for the Office of Disaster\u00a0 Recovery and Government of the Virgin Islands. The ideal Respondent will have substantial experience and success in both proposing and implementing a software solution to support portfolio\/project management\u00a0 to\u00a0 provide services within the U.S. Virgin Islands. Respondents must be able to adequately address their experience in their proposal submittal. The submissions of all Respondents shall be reviewed and evaluated\u00a0 pursuant\u00a0 to the qualifications criteria set forth in this RFP.\u00a0 Respondents\u00a0 must\u00a0 respond to all components of the scope.<\/p>\n
Bid documents may be requested via email from the Office of Disaster Recovery at info@www.usviodr.com\/<\/a> beginning on Monday, May 4, 2020. Proposals will be accepted, by email, at ODR_EBIDS@usvipfa.com<\/a> until Tuesday, June 2, 2020, no later than 3:00pm AST.<\/p>\n
