The Virgin Islands Housing Authority & MDG Development Partners LLC are requesting proposals to acquire the services from a licensed General Contractor to carry out the pre-construction services and the construction to renovate and revitalize the existing public housing units at Walter I. M. Hodge Pavilion located on St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands.<\/p>\n
Schedule:<\/strong><\/p>\n The following is the anticipated schedule related to this RFP: *The Non-Mandatory Site visit will take place on December 1st, 2020, at 10am AST. All attendees must meet at the Property Management office, located on-site.
