Sealed proposals, entitled HURRICANE RESTORATION & REHABILITATION OF THE CATHERINEBERG MANSION, REMAINDER ESTATE CATHERINEBERG, ST. THOMAS, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, will be received by the West Indies Company Limited, Procurement Office, at 9020 Estate Thomas\/Long Bay, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands until 4 p.m. AST, Monday, December 14, 2020.<\/p>\n

*The new due date for proposals to be submitted is Friday, January 8, 2021 by 4 p.m.*<\/strong><\/p>\n

Proposals will be privately opened and proposers may not be present. A Pre-Proposal Conference will also be held via Zoom (https:\/\/us02web.zoom.us\/i\/8701103074?pwd=TDRjaHJmdzBKZzdvbVFmRHErRmlhdz09<\/a>) at 2 p.m. AST on Monday, November 23, 2020, and potential bidders on this contract are urged to attend. There will be a site tour immediately following the Pre-Proposal Conference.<\/p>\n
