Farrelly Justice Center. The required services and performance conditions are described in the Scope of Work.<\/p>\n<p>A copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) including submission criteria and required documents are currently available at the following locations during the work hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday excluding legal holidays:<\/p>\n<p>Superior Court of the Virgin Islands Supreme Court of the Virgin Islands<br \/>\nAlexander A.
