Interested firms may download a complete Request for Proposal from the CDBGDR website at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdbgdr.vihfa.gov\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.cdbgdr.vihfa.gov<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time (AST). Participants may join the meeting via Zoom at <a href=\"https:\/\/us02web.zoom.us\/j\/89311454475\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/us02web.zoom.us\/j\/89311454475<\/a> Meeting ID: 893 1145 4475 All interested firms are invited to attend.<\/p>\n<p>Bids are due no later than Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. via email at procurement@vihfa.gov. Funding for this project is provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) \u2013 Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG-DR) under the auspices of the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority.
