The chosen firms shall perform architectural review, engineering consultation and oversight services required to facilitate mitigation and disaster recovery efforts by the VIHFA and its designated subrecipients and developers under the Territory&#8217;s CDBG-DR Action Plan and amendments. Programs serviced include the Public and Affordable Housing Development (PAHD); New Housing and Infrastructure (Homeownership) Construction (NHIC), and Public Services and the Public Facilities (PSPF), programs.
