The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery (\u00abODR\u00bb), a subsidiary division of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority (\u00abPFA\u00bb), an independent instrumentality of the Government of the United States Virgin Islands, is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed vendors (\u00abRespondents\u00bb) to provide warehouse management and security services. Respondents must be able to adequately address their experience in their proposal submittal.<\/span> The submissions of all<\/span> Respondents shall be reviewed and evaluated pursuant to the qualifications criteria set forth in this RFP. Respondents must respond to all components of the scope.<\/span><\/p>\n Bid documents can be found on the ODR website at https:\/\/www.usviodr.com\/procurements\u00a0<\/span>beginning on September 17, 2024.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n A mandatory virtual pre-bid conference will take place at\u00a0<\/span>10:00 am AST on Thursday, September 26, 2024.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Proposals will be accepted by email at ODR_EBIDS@usvipfa.com until\u00a0<\/span>October 24, 2024, no later than 4:00 pm AST.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n The package defines the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm.
