Offeror must submit an Intent to Bid notice via email to\u00a0contractservices@viwapa.vi<\/a>. on or before Monday, November 4, 2024, at 10:00am AST, upon receipt of Offeror\u2019s Intent to Bid, Offeror will be provided with a link for submittal of the RFP response.<\/p>\n

A complete copy of the proposal must be submitted electronically in PDF format, except for Appendix B and C which must be submitted in the native excel format, on or before,\u00a0Friday, November 22, 2024, at 4:00 p.m., AST<\/b>.<\/p>\n
