The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery (ODR), a subsidiary division of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority, an independent instrumentality of the Government of the United States Virgin Islands is seeking to develop and maintain a list of prequalified prime construction contractors and vendors to perform, and facilitate the performance of: reconstruction, rehabilitation, demolition, and elevation or other mitigation services in connection with the administration of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (\u201cHUD\u201d) and Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (\u201cCDBG-DR\u201d) Programs.<\/p>\n
Respondents must fulfill the submittal requirements of the RFQ in order to be considered. The submissions of all Respondents shall be reviewed and evaluated pursuant to the qualifications criteria outlined in the RFQ.<\/p>\n
