Bath House #1 Construction Project<\/h1>\n

The Magen’s Bay Authority, an independent agency of the Government of the U.S. Virgin Islands is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed construction firms (\u00abProposers\u00bb) to provide Construction Se1vices for Bath House #l in a manner that provides the best value to our Community. Respondents must be able to adequately address their experience in their submission.<\/p>\n

Bid documents must be requested by emailing Magen’s Bay Authority at contracts@magensbayauthority.org<\/strong>. An in-person pre-bid meeting will take place at 3:00 pm AST on May 1st, 2025. Proposals will be accepted by email at contracts@magensbayauthority.org until May 26, 2025, at4:00pmAST.<\/p>\n

The package defines the scope of se1vices to be performed by the selected firm. Magens Bay Autl1ority rese1ves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.<\/p>\n
