The Virgin Islands Housing Authority & Pennrose LLC is requesting proposals to acquire the services from a licensed General Contractor to oversee and construct a 60-unit senior housing building at Estate Tutu, 388, 388-A and 402 Anna\u2019s Retreat located on St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands.<\/p>\n
