The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery, a subsidiary division of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority (\u00abPFA\u00bb), an independent instrumentality of the Government of the United States Virgin Islands, is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed firms to provide Environmental Technical Consultant Services for federally funded recovery projects in the U.S. Virgin Islands.<\/p>\n
The ODR is seeking professional services to assist the Government of the Virgin Islands and requesting agencies with environmental technical services for healthcare, education, utility infrastructure, and other public building projects, as required. These services are crucial for facilitating the reconstruction of damaged public facilities.<\/p>\n
Respondents must be able to adequately address their experience in their proposal submissions. The submissions of all Respondents shall be reviewed and evaluated pursuant to the qualifications criteria outlined in the RFP.<\/p>\n
Bid documents will be available starting August 26, 2025, and must be requested by emailing PFA’s Procurement Division at procurements@usvipfa.com.<\/strong><\/p>\n A virtual pre-proposal conference will take place at 10:00 am AST on September 4, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n Proposals will now be accepted by email at odr_ebids@usvipfa.com until September 30, 2025, no later than 4:00 pm AST.<\/strong><\/p>\n The package defines the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm.
