The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery (ODR), a subsidiary division of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority, an independent instrumentality of the Government of the United States Virgin Islands is soliciting quotes from marketing and graphic design companies (\u00abRespondent\u00bb) to develop the layout, infographics, and design for the Office of Disaster Recovery’s 2025 Annual Recovery Progress Report.<\/p>\n
Respondents must fulfill the submission requirements outlined in the E-BID to be considered. The submissions of all Respondents shall be reviewed and evaluated pursuant to the qualifications criteria outlined in the E-BID.<\/p>\n
All submissions are due by 3:00 pm AST on September 10, 2025, <\/strong>and must be submitted to ODR_EBIDS@usvipfa.com.<\/strong><\/p>\n The package defines the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm.
