System Strategic Planning, Integration and Turnaround Implementation Services<\/h1>\n

The Virgin Islands Government Hospitals and Health Facilities Corporation (GHHFC) seeks proposals from qualified firms to lead a comprehensive, implementation-focused engagement to develop and execute an integrated strategic plan for the Virgin Islands public hospital and clinic system. The engagement must produce clear recommendations for system-level changes and include turnaround services that measurably improve financial performance, access, quality, and patient experience across current and future facilities.<\/p>\n

Proposals must be submitted electronically to ebids.proposalsSRMC@srmedicalcenter.org and will be accepted no later than Monday, February 23, 2026, by 12:00 pm AST.<\/strong><\/p>\n
