Alexander Theater Safe Room\/Building Retrofit Project<\/h1>\n

The St. Croix Foundation for Community Development is seeking proposals from qualified Architecture and Engineering firms to provide professional design services for the Alexander Theater Safe Room \/ Building Retrofit Project in Christiansted.<\/p>\n

This FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program-funded project will transform the historic Alexander Theater into a revitalized cultural arts center and FEMA-compliant community safe room. The selected firm will provide Construction Documents, Bid Support, and Construction Administration services, building upon existing Design Development documents.<\/p>\n
