All submissions will be reviewed and evaluated according to the qualification criteria outlined in the RFP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Bid documents will be available on October 30, 2026 and must be requested by emailing PFA\u2019s Procurement Division at <\/strong><a href=\"mailto:procurements@usvipfa.com\"><strong>\u00a0procurements@usvipfa.com<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>A virtual pre-proposal conference will take place\u00a0<\/strong><strong>at 1:00 pm AST on November 10, 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Proposals will be accepted by email at <\/strong><a href=\"mailto:ODR_EBIDS@usvipfa.com\"><strong>ODR_EBIDS@usvipfa.com<\/strong><\/a> <strong>and\u00a0<\/strong><strong>are due on December 1, 2026 at 4:00 pm AST.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The package defines the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm.
