ST. THOMAS, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS \u2013 The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (\u201cWAPA\u201d or the \u201cAuthority\u201d) would like to inform the public of the upcoming Feeder 5A Electrical Underground Project set to begin on Monday, February 3, 2025. Haugland, VI will be the contractor conducting the work on behalf of WAPA. This project is aimed at enhancing the reliability and efficiency of our electrical systems by transitioning Feeder 5A from an overhead to an underground distribution system.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
