<\/h1>\nU.S. Virgin Islands<\/strong>– The Office of Disaster Recovery (ODR) hosted more than 400 contractors and construction industry partners at Industry Day on St. Croix on October 29th<\/sup> and on St. Thomas on October 27th<\/sup>. The successful events gave attendees the opportunity to network, fostering collaboration and partnerships crucial to advancing the territory\u2019s $20 billion reconstruction plan under the Rebuild USVI initiative.<\/p>\n \u201cThe Rebuild USVI Industry Day 2025 was a resounding success and a testament to the power of collaboration in our ongoing recovery and rebuilding efforts. I extend my sincere thanks to the Office of Disaster Recovery for their leadership in organizing this important event. By bringing together federal partners, local contractors, and industry stakeholders, we are ensuring that the Virgin Islands not only rebuilds, but does so with strength, transparency, and opportunity for\u00a0local contractors and vendors,\u00a0\u00bb said Governor Albert Bryan Jr.<\/p>\n Contracted firms Clark\/MCN, Kiewit\/Haugland, Suffolk\/CBNA, and Consigli\/Benton, who have been awarded critical projects to restore hospitals, roads, schools, and utility infrastructure, gave presentations and set up exhibit tables engaging attendees in both districts. \u00a0Each firm outlined the scope and timelines for its respective projects, in addition to providing detailed information on subcontracting and training opportunities. Persons Services Corp also shared information on pathways for partnership via its display as they ramp up outreach to execute its contract for the territorial fire station bundle.<\/p>\n \u00ab\u00a0Together, we have the power to contribute in our own way to the transformation of the territory. Now is the time to get engaged, as the need for subcontractor support to complete these larger, more complex projects is great. Take steps today to ensure your business license and financials are in order.\u201d Adrienne L.
