Hodge Pavilion and the Caribbean Centers for Boys and Girls of the Virgin Islands in Frederiksted.<\/p>\n<p>These temporary lane closures will allow WAPA\u2019s contractor, J. Benton Construction, to continue installing underground electrical infrastructure.
