Haugland Energy\u2019s current contract with the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority will raise about 3,600 composite poles on St. Croix alone.<\/p>\n<p>To date, approximately 1,286 poles have been installed. The process can take anywhere from 4-6 hours.
