\u00a0<\/span><\/b>The Virgin Islands Housing Authority is hereby notifying residents of Annas Retreat of roadway closures leading to and from the Estate Tutu Hi-Rise area. Roads will be closed from Estate Tutu Hi Rise\u2019s Community Center throughout the community (Buildings 10 \u2013 22) also known as \u201cRas Valley\u201d. These road closures will go into effect on Monday, April 19, 2021.<\/p>\n The roadway adjacent to Building 14 leading to Holy Family Church will remain open for motorists. Please be advised that pedestrians will continue to have access to their homes and businesses by controlled walkways.<\/p>\n Demolition activities will be taking place from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday. V. I. Waste Management Authority will continue its door-to-door waste collection service for residents in the surrounding Annas Retreat area. No additional dumpsters will be available for non-residents.<\/p>\n The fencing and road closure will remain in effect until all five buildings are demolished and the area is safe for public transit. Please adhere to all safety controls and precautions, so we can maintain a safe functioning environment for all working and traversing the site.
