Most of the 19 warning signals have been installed on St. Thomas to include poles and siren heads at Magen&rsquo;s Bay, Crown Bay, Coki Beach, and Cancryn School.<\/p>\n<p>Twenty-five additional systems will be installed throughout the territory, 17 on St. Croix, 7 on St. John, and 1 on Water Island.
