The presentation held at the Mars Hill Head Start Center on St. Croix included remarks from Congresswoman Plaskett, ODR Director Adrienne L. Williams-Octalien, DHS Commissioner Kimberley Causey-Gomez, DHS Assistant Commissioner Carla Benjamin, and Head Start Administrator Masikia Lewis.<\/p>\n<p>The zero match funding will help construct state-of-the-art multi-purpose Head Start facilities across the Territory.
