The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery, a subsidiary division of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority (\u201cPFA\u201d), an independent instrumentality of the Government of the United States Virgin Islands, is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed firms (\u201cProposers\u201d) to provide Progressive Design-Build (\u201cDesign-Build\u201d) Services for the Northcentral St. Croix Horizontal Bundle in a manner that provides the best value to the Territory.<\/p>\n
PFA issues this RFP on behalf of the sponsor agencies and will use it to select a highly qualified construction firm for Rebuild USVI\u2019s first horizontal bundle, which includes the installation of underground utilities and roadway restoration to various northcentral sections of St. Croix.<\/p>\n
Respondents must be able to adequately address their experience in their proposal submissions. The submissions of all Respondents shall be reviewed and evaluated pursuant to the qualifications criteria outlined in the RFP.<\/p>\n
Bid documents must be requested by emailing PFA\u2019s Procurement Division at procurements@usvipfa.com.<\/strong><\/p>\n A virtual pre-proposal conference will take place at 10:00 am AST on November 26, 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n Proposals will be accepted by email at ODR_EBIDS@usvipfa.com until December 23, 2024, at 4:00 pm AST.<\/strong><\/p>\n The package defines the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm.
