The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery (\u201cODR\u201d) is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed firms or individuals (\u201cRespondents\u201d) to provide Professional Project Management Services to support the development of our project management and construction management matrices. The ideal Respondent will have substantial experience and success in Project Management Services to provide services within the U.S. Virgin Islands and must be able to adequately demonstrate their experience in Project Management in their proposal submittal. The submissions of all Respondents shall be reviewed and evaluated pursuant to the qualifications criteria set forth in this RFP. Respondents must respond to all components of the scope.<\/p>\n
