Immediately following the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting, a Site visit will take place.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>A complete copy of the proposal must be submitted electronically in PDF format\u00a0<b>on or before 10:00 a.m., AST, on Friday, April 3, 2020<\/b>\u00a0to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:contractservices@viwapa.vi\" data-sf-ec-immutable=\"\">contractservices@viwapa.vi<\/a>.
