PROPOSAL NOTICE<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

\u00a0The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority is soliciting proposals for the following:<\/p>\n

PR-23-20 INFRASTRUCTURE HARDENING OF EXISTING AMI TOWER SITES \u2013 ST. CROIX<\/b><\/p>\n

Documents pertaining to the proposal will be emailed. If interested in receiving a proposal package please email Delores Donovan, Bliss Bully II or Davica Brathwaite at\u00a0contractservices@viwapa.vi<\/b><\/a>\u00a0Telephone number: (340) 774-3552, extensions 2038 or 2080.<\/p>\n

A complete copy of the proposal must be submitted electronically in PDF format on or before\u00a010:00 a.m., AST, on Monday, June 29, 2020<\/u><\/b>\u00a0to\u00a0contractservices@viwapa.vi<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n

The Authority shall hold a\u00a0Mandatory Pre-Bid<\/u><\/b>\u00a0Meeting on\u00a0Wednesday, June 3, 2020 beginning at 9:30 a.m.., AST\u00a0<\/b>followed by a mandatory site visit at\u00a01:00 p.m.<\/b>,\u00a0AST.<\/b><\/p>\n

The Offeror\u2019s participation in the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and the site visit to conduct site inspections is at their own cost, which will allow Offerors to familiarize themselves with the project site, the work area, and to ask any questions before submitting a proposal.\u00a0Please note that the last day for submitting any questions to this proposal is\u00a0Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at 3:00 pm., AST<\/u>.<\/b>\u00a0 Responses to questions submitted in accordance with this request for proposal shall be transmitted to bidders no later than,\u00a0Monday, June 22, 2020 at 4:00 p.m., AST.<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In compliance with the Governor of the Virgin Islands directive to limit public gatherings, the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority will, until further notice, not be holding public bid openings.\u00a0 Offerors and Bidders will however be provided the opportunity, for a period of up to ten (10) days after the opening of the bids or proposals to review them.\u00a0 Anyone wishing to exercise this option is encouraged to email their request to Contract Administration Division for viewing after the date set for submission.<\/p>\n

Inspections will be limited to no more than 3 persons per appointment. Your email request should be sent to\u00a0contractservices@viwapa.vi<\/a>.\u00a0 Once received, you will be provided with a date and time to review said documents.\u00a0 No walk-ins will be accommodated.\u00a0 Your cooperation in this matter is appreciated<\/p>\n

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.<\/p>\n
