<\/h1>\n<\/h1>\n\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n The Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (\u201cVIEDA\u201d) is seeking proposals from highly qualified consulting firms to assist the U.S. Virgin Islands in its efforts to promote economic growth, job creation, and wealth generation. A consultant is needed to develop a transformative 20-year<\/u> economic development plan and complete a target competitive industry analysis by January 15, 2021<\/u>. This initiative is referred to as the \u201cVision 2040\u201d.<\/p>\n Bidders will be expected to demonstrate a unique and proactive approach to engaging the Territory in the development of its 20-year economic vision.<\/p>\n The Request for Proposal (RFP) can be retrieved from the VIEDA website at<\/p>\n www.usvieda.org\/about-usvieda\/rfp<\/u><\/strong><\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n All interested parties shall submit their bid proposal, via mail courier service, in accordance with the requirements set forth in the RFP by 5PM (Atlantic Standard Time) <\/strong>on Tuesday, July 14, 2020<\/u>. <\/strong>The mail shall be clearly marked: VISION 2040 RFP \u2013 DO NOT OPEN.<\/strong><\/p>\n Proposals received after that date and time will not be considered. Proposals must be signed by a duly authorized representative of the Bidder.<\/p>\n To be eligible for consideration, the completed proposals must be submitted on a USB flash drive with one (1) hard copy of the drive’s contents. All submissions must be sent via mail courier.
