Description:
\n<\/strong>The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority (\u201cVIHFA\u201d) is soliciting bids from qualified and licensed United States Virgin Islands\u2019 (\u201cUSVI\u201d) General Construction Contractors (\u201cRespondent\u201d) to construct six (6) turnkey affordable Single Family Homes utilizing plots owned by the VIHFA in the existing \u201cMorning Glory Ridge\u201d subdivision located in Estate Mount Pleasant in Frederiksted on St. Croix, USVI.<\/h4>\n

The virtual\u00a0mandatory\u00a0Pre-Bid Conference\u00a0is scheduled for January 20, 2021<\/strong> at 2:00 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time (AST).
