The required services and performance conditions are described in the Scope of Work\/Services within the RFP Packet (of the RFP).<\/p>\n<p>Interested parties may download a full copy of this solicitation at www.mcvic.org by selecting the tab labeled \u201cFriedensfeld RFP\u201d. Respondents are required to visit the Moravian Church VI Conference\u2019s website at mcvic.org for the Request for Proposal Packet, all associated addendum(s) and attachments to ensure that the bid incorporates all required documentation. Final bid submissions will not be accepted via information requests. All BIDS must be submitted via email to ebids.proposals@mcvic.org<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>For all inquiries regarding the RFP, please send an email to rfpinfo@moravianvic.com by Friday, February 18, 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 4:00 p.m., AST on March 10, 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pre-Proposal Conference was held on Thursday, January 27, 2022.
