Pursuant to Title 19, Subsection 245 (a) of the Virgin Islands Code, the Government Hospitals and Health Facilities Corporation, hereinafter referred to as GHHFC, The Territorial Hospital Redevelopment Team (THRT) on behalf of the Schneider Regional Medical Center is requesting bids from qualified and licensed firms for the\u00a0Selective Demolition of the Charlotte Kimelman Cancer Institute.<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

Bids will be received by The Territorial Hospital Redevelopment Team Division of\u00a0Procurement (address):<\/p>\n

Pre-Bid Conference\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>will take place on\u00a0Thursday, June 23, 2022,\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>at 10:00 a.m. at the Charlotte Kimelman Cancer Institute located at\u00a09048 Sugar Estate, St. Thomas VI 00802.<\/p>\n

One Mandatory Site Visit is required<\/strong><\/b>:<\/p>\n

  1. The first site visit will occur immediately following the Pre-Bid meeting on\u00a0Thursday, June 23, 2022.<\/strong><\/b><\/li>\n
  2. The second site visit will take place on\u00a0Thursday, July 7, 2022, starting at 10 a.m. and ending at 11:00 am.<\/strong><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Bids will be accepted by way of electronic submission no later than\u00a02:00 p.m.\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>Atlantic Standard Time:\u00a0Monday, July 18, 2022.<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n
