The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority (\u201cVIHFA\u201d) is soliciting bids from qualified and licensed United States Virgin Islands\u2019 (\u201cUSVI\u201d) General Construction Contractors (\u201cRespondent\u201d) for Infrastructure Repairs located at Estate Donoe \u201cWhispering Hill\u201d on St. Thomas, USVI.<\/p>\n
Respondents will be asked to provide a price for the Infrastructure Repair project, as per the Architectural Drawings and Specifications, and the Scope of Work. The project will include construction repairs of damaged and undermined roadway, guardrail, new concrete footing and retaining wall, including backfill and compaction based on the Geotechnical Report\u00a0(See Attachment A, Geotechnical Report)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n PRE-BID CONFERENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n The VIHFA will conduct a virtual Pre-bid Conference at\u00a011:00 a.m.<\/strong>\u00a0Atlantic Standard Time (\u201cAST\u201d) on\u00a0July 12, 2022<\/strong>. All prospective Respondents are urged to attend.
