The Virgin Islands Housing Authority (VIHA) and Pennrose, LLC (Co-developers) herein solicit bids to complete the construction of a new 84-unit public housing complex in Estate Tutu, St. Thomas, otherwise known as the Estate Donoe Redevelopment (Tutu Phase I) Project. The purpose is to select a general contractor through a competitive bid process with the expectation that the contractor will value engineer and ultimately complete the construction of the project. After general contractor selection, the roles and responsibilities with respect to preconstruction and construction activities will be further defined. This solicitation includes a Construction Documents (CDs) package, which is located at www.vihousing.org under \u201cContractors\u201d.<\/p>\n
