Development of the JFLH Five (5) Acre Leased Parcel<\/h1>\n

Pursuant to Title 19, Subsection 245 (a) of the Virgin Islands Code, the Government Hospitals and Health Facilities Corporation, hereinafter referred to as GHHFC, The Territorial Hospital Redevelopment Team (THRT) on behalf of the Governor Juan F. Luis Hospital & Medical Center is requesting bids from qualified and licensed contractors to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, machinery and supplies necessary for the Development of the JFLH Five (5) Acre Leased Parcel.<\/p>\n

Bids will be received by the Territorial Hospital Redevelopment Team Division of
\nProcurement at the following email address:<\/p>\n

Electronic Submission: ebids.proposalsTHRT@thrtvi.org
\nPre-Bid Conference will take place on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. via Microsoft Teams.
\nMandatory Site Visit Attendance on Either Date is Required:
\n1. The first site visit will occur immediately following the Pre-Bid Conference
\non Wednesday, September 13, 2023.
\n2. The second site visit will take place on Thursday, September 14, 2023, from
\n10 a.m. to 11:00 am.<\/p>\n

Bid Due Date: Monday, October 16, 2023 by 2:00 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time Documents may be obtained from the Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital & Medical Center website at www.jflusvi.org.<\/p>\n
