The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery (\u00ab\u00a0ODR\u00a0\u00bb), a subsidiary division of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority (\u00ab\u00a0PFA\u00a0\u00bb), an independent instrumentality of the Government of the United States Virgin Islands, is soliciting proposals for its Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery Program (CDBG-DR) for qualified and highly skilled licensed construction contractors to provide residential construction repair, rehabilitation, and\/or reconstruction services for thirty-nine (39) single-family owner-occupied residential structures on the islands of St. Croix and St. Thomas.<\/p>\n
The performance of these services will enable ODR to complete permanent repairs to residential structures damaged by Hurricanes Irma and Maria. Respondents must be able to adequately address their experience in their proposal submissions. The submissions of all Respondents shall be reviewed and evaluated pursuant to the qualifications criteria set forth in this IFB.<\/p>\n
