CHARLES HARWOOD MEDICAL COMPLEX<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h1>\n

\u00a0<\/span>The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery, a subsidiary division of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority (\u201cPFA\u201d), an independent instrumentality of the Government of the United States Virgin Islands, is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed firms (\u201cProposers\u201d) to provide Construction Manager At-Risk (\u201cCMAR\u201d) Services for the Charles Harwood Medical Complex on St. Croix.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>This RFP will be used to select a highly qualified construction firm to construct a new public health facility for the US Virgin Islands Department of Health. Respondents must be able to adequately address their experience in their proposal submissions. The submissions of all Respondents shall be reviewed and evaluated pursuant to the qualifications criteria set forth in the RFP.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Bid documents must be requested by emailing PFA\u2019s Procurement Division<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span>at <\/span><\/b>procurements@usvipfa.com<\/span><\/b><\/a>.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>A mandatory virtual pre-proposal conference will take place at<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span>2:00 pm AST on September 24, 2024.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Proposals will be accepted by email at <\/span><\/b>ODR_EBIDS@usvipfa.com<\/span><\/b><\/a> until<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span>October 24, 2024, at 4:00 pm AST.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>The package defines the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm. ODR reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
