The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery (\u00ab\u00a0ODR\u00a0\u00bb), a subsidiary division of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority (\u00ab\u00a0PFA\u00a0\u00bb), an independent instrumentality of the Government of the United States Virgin Islands, is requesting proposals from licensed and qualified\u00a0\u00a0 firms\u00a0\u00a0 (\u201cRespondents\u201d) to provide design\u00a0 and\u00a0 maintenance\u00a0 services\u00a0 for\u00a0\u00a0 the\u00a0\u00a0 ODR\u00a0\u00a0 website.\u00a0\u00a0 The ideal Respondent will have substantial experience and success in the design, financial data integration, and maintenance of municipal websites. Respondents must be\u00a0\u00a0 able\u00a0\u00a0 to adequately\u00a0\u00a0 address\u00a0\u00a0 their\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 experience in their\u00a0\u00a0 proposal submittal.\u00a0\u00a0 The\u00a0\u00a0 submissions of\u00a0\u00a0 all\u00a0\u00a0 Respondents shall be reviewed and evaluated pursuant to the qualifications criteria set\u00a0 forth\u00a0 in\u00a0 this\u00a0 RFP. Respondents must respond to all components of the scope.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/strong>Bid documents can be found on the ODR website at <\/strong>https:\/\/www.usviodr.com\/procurements <\/strong><\/a>\u00a0beginning on October 15, 2024. <\/strong><\/p>\n A mandatory virtual pre-bid conference will take place at <\/strong><\/p>\n 10:00 am AST on Tuesday, October 22, 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n Proposals will be accepted by email at <\/strong>ODR_EBIDS@usvipfa.com<\/strong><\/a> until <\/strong><\/p>\n Friday, November 1,\u00a0 2024,\u00a0\u00a0 no\u00a0\u00a0 later\u00a0 than 4:00 pm AST.<\/strong><\/p>\n The package defines the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm.
