Moorehead Complex<\/h6>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center\">RFP 001-2025-STT<\/h2>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center\">CMAR Services for St. Thomas Healthcare Facilities<\/h1>\n<p>The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery, a subsidiary division of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority (\u201cPFA\u201d), an independent instrumentality of the Government of the United States Virgin Islands, is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed firms (\u201cProposers\u201d) to provide Construction Manager At-Risk (\u201cCMAR\u201d) Services for the healthcare facilities bundle on St. Thomas in a manner that provides the best value to the Territory.<\/p>\n<p>This RFP is issued by PFA on behalf of the sponsor agencies and will be used to select a highly qualified construction firm for Rebuild USVI\u2019s St. Thomas Healthcare Facilities Bundle, which includes multiple sites at the Knud Hansen Complex, the John S. Moorehead Complex, and Queen Louise Home for the Aged.<\/p>\n<p>Respondents must be able to adequately address their experience in their proposal submissions. The submissions of all Respondents shall be reviewed and evaluated pursuant to the qualifications criteria set forth in the RFP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Bid documents must be requested by emailing PFA\u2019s Procurement Division at\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/usvipfa-my.sharepoint.com\/personal\/ldellis_usvipfa_com\/Documents\/Documents\/RFPs\/Rebuild%20USVI\/procurements%40usvipfa.com\"><strong>procurements@usvipfa.com<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>A virtual pre-proposal conference will take place at<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>2:00 pm AST on March 13, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Proposals will be accepted by email at\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:procurements@usvipfa.com\"><strong>procurements@usvipfa.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<strong>until<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>April 28, 2025, at 4:00 pm AST.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>The package defines the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm.
